Please note that we do not do any refunds unless the product delivered to you is damaged or defective. We will only refund your money if this is reported within 7 days of the delivery Date. If you notice a fault with our products please contact us within 7 days. Courier charges will be for your account.

Where possible, we ask that you please return the products in their original packaging.
Where this is not possible, please ensure that products are packaged securely to help ensure that they reach us safely and in a good condition. We regret to inform you that if you do not let us know within the 7 days of delivery no refunds will be made.

All Products are in stock ready to make their way to you, unless otherwise specified in the description.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed.
We courier orders door to door using the Courier Guy who are well prepped about our products and handle them carefully, ensuring that they arrive at their destination safe and sound. Shipping locally takes 2-3 working days, or sooner depending on location.
Shipping will be billed for and added to your order. Unless there is a promotion code available for free shipping, shipping will not be free.
We will do our best to try and deliver the products to you in accordance with the timescales set out in your dispatch confirmation email. However, we cannot always guarantee that we will meet these dates due to factors beyond our reasonable control. We will deliver the order to you to the delivery address you entered during the ‘checkout’ process. If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by someone else as a result, we cannot be responsible for any loss you incur as a result so please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly. We do not send to PO Boxes.

Products prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will Not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation Email. Payments will be taken immediately on order. Payment for all products must be made by one of the methods offered during the ‘checkout’ process.
If we have not received your payment within 24 hours your order will be cancelled.
